Refund policy

We operate a 30 Day Refund policy should you change your mind about an item. Please contact admin@cottagecoeur.co.uk to arrange a return.

All items must be returned in original condition and with adequate packaging. Items damaged before or during return will not be refunded. 

All returns are at customers own expense. 

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of item in accepted condition
